Telehealth is a UX concept for an AI chat-based prescription and medical consultation platform. Patients need to start new health threads, continue existing prescriptions, and navigate complex intake flows. All without feeling like they're filling out a hospital form.

I designed the navigation, thread management, and end-to-end prescription flows in Figma, focusing on clarity for recurring users and first-timers alike.

Entry points & flows

Users can discover services, pick up a previous prescription, or start fresh. Each path branches into condition-specific questions ( yes/no forms, text inputs, and health history ) mapped out before any UI was built.
